Papi's Cuban & Caribbean Grill has got the bright colored cheeriness going on and has solid food.

My better half and I have had limited exposure to Cuban sandwiches, but this was pleasing.  Very light bread that's buttered with a decent combination of ingredients inside.  Not exactly a novel flavor combination, but homey.

Yucca con Mojo

I'm not sure if the mojo was supposed to be ajo, but this just seemed like boiled yucca with salt and garlic.  Not that I dislike that, per se, more so a little confused perhaps by the English interpretation of the word mojo.

Saturday Special

Steak and onions with black beans, white rice, and plantains

Solid. Wish their steak was a bit more tender like that at Coisas do Brasil, but we didn't really have much complaints about anything on the plate.

All in all, this place serves solid food.  Given that we do not live nearby, I don't think we'll go out of our way to go here, but perhaps if you live nearby, you could do much worse.
