Much respect to Mark Bittman, who continues to fight the good fight. This time he writes about how farm-hands are literally being enslaved in Immokalee, FL, all to provide the majority of supermarkets (Stop & Shop, Giant, Trader Joe's, Publix, and Kroger) the inexpensive unripened tomatoes that they demand.
