We stopped by the Peachtree farmer's market one weekend (which btw I really can't see how they get away with the term "farmer's market." There's like 3 stands that actually sell vegetables and all the rest sell prepared food or other yuppy knick-knacks. Where are the farmer's at? Anyways.)
One stand caught my eye: The Cookie Studio.
They had a small sign, explaining that they had won some "best cookie of Atlanta" award. I'll take you up on that.

Chocolate chip - Butter prevalent in flavor. Thin, maybe 1/4 inch, chewy. Rather satisfying in a familiar manner, perhaps because the chocolate chips tasted like Ghiridelli. Not too shabby at all.
Oatmeal cranberry - Crumbly, good mix of oats, pecans, cranberry, nothing overly sweet. Just good stuff.
Were these cookies mind-blowing? No.
But I could certainly see why these cookies could be given a Best of Atlanta award. They're just some good quality cookies.
