Impero : Bologna, Italy

We picked up our second sandwich from Impero, a few doors down from Saveria.  


This seemed more popular for its pastries and coffee (and later on in the trip, we'd return here just to try those out).  


Foccaccia w/ Olives - Some cured meat, mozzarella, + arugula.
Mozzarella and the salty olives were the prevalent and quite satisfying flavor.  The arugula lended a complementary flavor and made me think that I should be using arugula more often in sandwiches back home.
