A new dim sum dish

The WSJ blogs about the appearance of an  intriguing new type of spring roll at a dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong.

How I wish I could be in Hong Kong and try out a bunch of the dim sum places there.  It'd be fantastic to see what new developments in dim sum are happening, since all too often the dim sum places in the US here do not veer away at all the same portfolio of dishes.
