AA Plaza

This was one of those pure impulse buys.  AA Plaza is a glorified street stand more or less and we sprung for one of their curry fish balls and one of their scallion pancakes (葱油饼).

Neither of these were that memorable.  The fish balls were fairly light in texture, which was great, but the curry sauce tasted like stuff you can get pre-packaged and hadn't really seemed to have soaked through the entire fish ball, which I'm not sure was a good thing or not.

The scallion pancake was on the breadier side and it wasn't bad, if only because it was piping hot and freshly fried.

PS.  Found this comment on AA Plaza to be funny.  We didn't suffer at all from eating this and didn't find the food to be that greasy, but it certainly reminds me of eating from street stalls in China.
