Dutch Eating Place

My gf and I had long list of things to try at the Reading Terminal Market. First up were the pancakes at the Dutch Eating Place. To sum up, absolutely delicious. The (blueberry) pancakes were light and the blueberries were obviously fresh. As shown in the picture, they include a healthy dollop of melted salted butter, which was a little bit too salty for my tastes, but at the same time, the saltiness of the butter helped offset the sweetness of the syrup.

Waiting in line for the pancakes in the take-out line and watching all of the other breakfast meals being made, I somewhat regretted not getting some other breakfast dishes. But the shortstacks, consisting of two giant pancakes were more than enough to satiate both of our morning hungers (hungriness?). That being said, I'll definitely be coming back to try out their other breakfast dishes.
